2 different issues with voter ID today, a woman didn’t think she had it so wasn’t going to vote.After discussion she realised she did but wouldn’t have voted if we didn’t knock. A pensioner said he wasn’t voting because he had to show ID. It’s having an effect on turnout BBC News (UK)

Well done to Sadiq Khan for making free school meals for all a reality across London. This excellent policy needs to be rolled out nationally.

They have pending NUJ membership and have done fantastic research into understanding devolution, localism etc, and would have benefitted greatly from seeing democracy in action.
