Anticipated BreakfastBirdwatch by a day but excited yesterday to have the first ever siting of a Buzzard over our garden.

Here’s an idea. Why don’t the HS2 contractors work from home? They could cut down trees in their gardens and even evict vulnerable family members.

We have closed our nature reserves to protect people. So why have HS2 Ltd contractors not stopped work yet? How can destroying ancient woodlands be "essential" in this #COVID19 crisis? Saving nature is essential. Destroying it is not. @HS2Ltd stop now.

I'm not a Tweeter normally but all the spare time in the last few days has had me "logged in" and partaking - for all its faults where would we be without social media to keep in touch with family. And I'm even, by default, learning just a bit more how to "do" Twitter properly.
