Instead of tuna, I’ve been using wild planet’s canned mackerel and I also eat sardines out of the can for the benefits, at least a few times a week.

Craving comfort food so I ate an entire cucumber and kept telling myself:

“This is good for me! You’re getting so full!”

And well now I do feel full and the craving went away. That tells me the craving was emotional and I won’t be in bondage to food.

I wrote a letter to a stranger battling cancer. God opened the door to the opportunity. His wife has my mom’s same name and spelling. I shared about her sickness and our hope in Jesus. Pray for this man’s healing and heart.

Pray and ask God for what to do and for whom. Then obey and do it today.

The enemy wants you to believe you don’t make a difference for Jesus. He wants you to focus on the rejection and pain so he stops you from focusing on the pain and needs of others.
