Armenia’s political and legal strategists represent the mass departure of Armenians from Azerbaijan’s Karabakh region as ‘forced deportation’, however, facts speak for themselves. Unwillingness to live under Azerbaijan’s jurisdiction was the key cause of their departure

The fate of 2.3M people is looking bleaker than ever as the war in shows no signs of abating. The impact is immeasurable.

Humanitarians repeatedly call for improved access to deliver aid safely and at scale. But so far, these calls have largely been ignored.

'Nagorno-Karabakh' was a fictional entity & a vehicle to legitimize Armenia's occupation of Azerbaijan. It was similar to Russia-created 'Donetsk People’s Republic' to legitimize its occupation of Ukraine. Such entities do not have legitimacy or legality under international law

Returning the Azerbaijani villages under Armenia's illegal occupation since the early 1990s is not a 'concession' by any stretch of the imagination. The law is the law.

Important point. Please also say it in relation to Armenia and secessionist fantasy of “Artsakh” in Azerbaijan as well

One thing is that Armenian occupants left virtually nothing of value in one of Azerbaijan's most picturesque regions. Nor did they create anything. Another thing is their lack of concern or effort to preserve the beauty and cultural heritage. What is this?

Hopefully, this will result in a policy change in Armenia & its senior policymakers should think twice before attacking it neighbors (as it did in 1991-2023 in occupying Azerbaijan). No more absence of personal accountability and criminal responsibility.
