Oda already said anyway that he was planning to have the next arc start this year, but he's also often delayed arcs in the past. So while it's safe we should be reaching the next arc later this year, it's not a complete guarantee, so just don't worry too much about it!

Jump site features a listing for WCFigures of 'Elbaf' slated for this November. With that said, it's possible that these could just be figures for already existing Elbaf characters (Hajrudin etc.), as usually figures take a decent amount of time after the manga is out to be made
