I’ve noticed burnout is less correlated with the amount of work and more with whether or not you enjoy the work and team. Some work can be energizing. This is why fighting burnout is more complicated than just doing less; you can be doing nothing and still feel exhausted.

My team has no idea how many diapers have been changed while we’re talking business on the Slack.
