4yo goes for a sleep study next month & I'm already having anxiety over explaining that, yes, she has screen time right before bed & no that is not the problem with her sleep. Any #neurodivergent #ADHD #autistic friends have success with trying to explain this?

Playing board games with small children is an exercise in patience…that I don’t have.

Please stop telling people “it could be worse” when they’re going through something. Toxic positivity isn’t comforting. It’s invalidating.

Everyone talks about how their young kids adorably mispronounce things. I’m over here still thinking about how my daughter used to pronounce “bye bye” as “die die”. 🤦‍♀️
