1. Marques Brownlee and users don't care about the tech constraints of LLMs/AI today, nor should they.

2. this will come down to who has the right hw at the right time and iterates quickly.

3. i don't get the sense any of these cos are being brutally honest enough w/ themselves.

For those of you who get tired of all the FF talking up heterodoxy, this is the kind of thing that shows its value.

No VC would invest in defense a decade ago because it was seen a social negative. Now it's accepted as a need for protecting western values.

In other words, how much can one expect reduction in these measures based on exercise/steps taken?

Since airlines don't make margins, the additional costs of refunding tickets are going to get shifted into ticket prices. This will be more 'fair' since you now get money back for a shifted ticket.

Potentially less 'progressive' as the cost of a ticket should rise.

Not saving time was a very predictable outcome.

One of our biggest learnings in clinical AI is that internalizing efficiency gains is hard. You need to build fundamentally new workflows. This will continue to limit the benefits of traditional health systems' AI deployments.

Most people in healthcare really only know their little slice of it.

There is a dearth of people who think about the system as a whole and know enough details about the slices to make those thoughts valuable.

And there are even fewer who also understand technology.

When you’re using the Hippocratic oath to argue a YouTube video is “almost unethical” you have lost the plot.

one of the hardest parts of fundraising for founders is after they start getting a few no's they lose a lot of confidence in their business and the next set of investors can tell they don't believe.

understand why they passed but don't let them kill your belief.
