The longer I coached, the more I believed in the OL "Get Off" You can't just talk about it tho. It has to be practiced! I'm a sled guy, but this pre-prac drill I saw last year in Fulshear, TX w/ Coach Codutti works too! What's the drill in your program to emphasize get offs?
