We loved our visit to The Sheffield College yesterday for a collaboration on an afternoon tea with Andrew Gravett, executive pastry chef at The Langham, London. It was a fantastic experience for both the students and their guests. Well done everyone!
What an inspiring week we’ve had at Belfast Met. Our chefs have worked with lecturers from six different colleges from Northern Ireland over two days showcasing many different techniques. It was so good to connect with some new faces.
We’ve spent the last two days working on pastry techniques with Xavier who is the patisserie category manager at La Rousse Foods. Always love showing the creative ways pastry chefs can use our products.

Yesterday we welcomed in Kendal College Hospitality & Catering students for a day of learning. Kendal College is one of our MSK Academies and so we always enjoy seeing their progress and showing the students new products and techniques.
We were delighted to sponsor and be a guest at the first Chef & Restaurant Magazine Pastry Social which took place at Corinthia London. This event brought together 14 of the capital’s most exciting pastry chefs & Vicky loved hearing the discussions on some of the hot topics in hospitality.
