What an inspiring week we’ve had at Belfast Met. Our chefs have worked with lecturers from six different colleges from Northern Ireland over two days showcasing many different techniques. It was so good to connect with some new faces.

What a great day of training we had on Friday with some chefs from the Royal Air Force. They were such a passionate and dedicated group of chefs which made for a really positive and fun training experience! It’s always fantastic to welcome new groups of chefs into our kitchen.
