Children's motor skills develop from the head down and the body outwards. That's one reason why it's really important for them not to be too static (there are lots of others). The prime areas are prime for a reason. 😊 #EYFS

Sue Cowley I took my niece to a great park today. Huge slide & things for little ones too. Plus hills, paths & grass. Was fabulous to see from Toddlers to 10 bombing around, interacting, playing, inventing, imagining, creating,Burning energy, building muscles, control, regulation. Joyous.
