I've heard pretty much the same from every person I know in MH. Unfortunately, leaders who can give good governance don't believe in PR & those who spend lavishly on PR only fake their achievements.

Katyusha This is so true. While the Great Leader was praising himself as the saviour of the human race, Office of Uddhav Thackeray was busy handling the crises. Mumbai was a powder keg if ever tjere was one - millions packed together, a constant flow of people flying in, amd the mad rush ++
