They were the ones who aren't requiring respirators and ventilation and filtration to keep workers from getting sick. So they created the problem. And the fix, ultimately, is to kill you.

The important number to look at is CADR or filter effectiveness - not filter efficiency. Filter effectiveness is a function of Filter + Fit + Flow. This applies to filters used in HVAC systems as well. We need to focus on particle removal - not single pass filter tests.

When my son was dx with prediabetes last week, the dx came from a locum. Imagine my surprise when she said, 'I think it's from covid, wouldn't be surprised if they admit it in the next couple years, I'm seeing it all over the country.'

My best HC experiences are with locums.

A friend's Dad was admitted to hospital, got C19 there & died in hospital from the effects of that infection.
His mum got C19 & had a stroke, went to same hospital & has had massive cognitive decline.

In a caring society people would not fear needing to be cared for.

I went to get bloodwork done yesterday. It was packed and my boyfriend and I were the only ones masked. I started crying because I was uncomfortable. My boyfriend asked the phlebotomist to wear a mask and she said she wasn’t required to. This is our healthcare system.

We have no 'agency' in health care budgets and spending decisions. We have no 'agency' in where they decide to prioritize resources and what gets rationed.
We have 'agency' in the decisions that deny us necessities to live. Don't offload death onto personal responsibility.

And this is the logic that could turn MAiD into genocide.

We live in an ableist capitalist society. Health care for disabled people is abysmal & getting worse. MAiD is a cheap solution to eliminating High-cost Users of Health Care (HCU)

I was wrong about MAID. Disabled people were and are right. I used to be a supporter of MAID and now thanks to the work of disabled journalists and others educating me I see that I was wrong.
