Len Khodorkovsky Sir, have a more honest look. I cannot send a letter, let alone a dollar to help the people in Iran from outside just because of the sanctions. How do you claim they have no effects ?

@Maziar_Jafary Len Khodorkovsky That's not true. You can transfer any sum of money through reputable money brokers. They have been operating with or without sanctions for decades. Every Iranian living abroad who keeps helping their family/friends/relatives knows how.
