The killing of Jordan Neely is the fault of NYC policy as much as the chokehold vigilante. No effort to train or educate public on how to act/be supportive to those in crisis. No scaled mental health or social service outreach. Untold billions uselessly spent on cops and jails.

A reminder that the DA originally charged 2 Black teenagers with the 1st degree murder of Fanta Bility (carrying a sentence of life in prison or the death penalty) even though he knew these cops were the ones who shot & killed her. The cops were sentenced to probation on Friday.
