Samuel Marinus Zwemer (considered one of the most prolific Christian missionaries) spent 35 years in Muslim countries and wrote many books on Islam. Despite this, he only got less than a dozen converts (liberal estimate). In contrast, iERA gets about 50k shahadas a year.

Very telling that all the big Israel accounts are promoting this… their guy appears insane, in the debate he actually threatens me (and my kids?), and is on record saying he thinks the lives of 1.6 billion Muslims are worth less than a single cow.
