CDF Gen. Kainerugaba tasks UPDF on excellence

Chief of Defense Forces, Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has tasked the top military commanders recently deployed at different levels of leadership in the Uganda People's Defence Force (@cdfupdf) to aim for excellence.
