Tonight’s dinner. Ssamjang chicken. A Korean-ish Shandong chicken. Chicken butterflied & roasted with dark soy + salt. Sauce of rice vinegar, spring onion, garlic, ginger, gochujang, sesame oil, coriander, soy sauce and Korean rice syrup. 10 minutes hands-on. Ready under an hour.

Had to share my homemade healthy & very easy wholemeal roast chicken & tumeric couscous wrap for lunch. At a takeaway place or deli you'd probably pay crazy prices but if you buy at the supermarket & make it at home, way cheaper - makes 6 wraps. Each wrap cost me $3.50! Bargain!
