There is another feature of Vishwakarma Yojana. The huge scale on which different departments have come together for this scheme is commendable. More than 700 districts, 2.5 lakh Gram Panchayats, 5000 Urban-Local bodies are together giving momentum to this campaign.

In just one year, over 20 lakh people from 18 different professions were linked to the scheme. Over 8 lakh craftsmen and artisans received skill training. In Maharashtra alone, over 60000 people received skill training. Modern equipment has also been provided to over 6.5 lakh

Every beneficiary is being given an e-voucher of ₹15000. To expand your business, you can get a loan of up to Rs 3 lakh without guarantee. I am happy that within a year, a loan of Rs 1,400 crore has been given to Vishwakarma brothers and sisters. #PMVishwakarmaYojana
