The other day i rode my bicycle 12-14 miles to a town 6 or 7 miles away and back. I just felt really cold on the way back tho it was 70 degrees F. Today i rode my neighborhood. And may ride through out town. It does help me sleep well. When it's cold outside ellipticals for sure

1st warm weather night doing astrophotography this year. Feels nice. I did this when it was frigid back in January. And I'll probably do this during heat waves too. Just as long as my all in 1 astrophotography telescope works

I grew up and currently live in a very German-American area. I myself am about 1/16th German (mostly Celtic and Arab). I just think it's interesting how there were a lot of smaller German states pre-1870s. Then East and West Germany during the Cold War.

today's pros: managed to ride my bicycle for a hour. back and forth to a nearby town.
today's cons: tho it was 70 degrees F. real feel with humid conditions 77. I was so cold. like uncomfortably cold. going to talk to my nurse tomorrow about better medication adjustments

got my smart telescope successfully on a bigger tripod today. this is good cuz if i am doing solar filter sun, moon or deep space real time outreach. for universal semi-direct democracy and other causes. big and tall people won't block the view!
