While living in an unjust system, it’s tempting to either check out altogether or assimilate. I believe we’re called to faithfully engage as witnesses of God’s reign and do everything we can to move this world in a more just, righteous, and equitable direction.

When asked to choose, protecting our neighbors’ safety and well-being is a higher priority than expressing our personal rights. (see 1 Corinthians 8)
