We often see “Excellent CPD from X today…” tweets with *no* sense of actual impact.

Much rarer is “Three/four/five/more years ago we had some CPD from
X and started working on Y. Since then it’s had massive, demonstrable impact because…”

Do you have examples of the latter?

Hugh Richards (Same @ on Threads) Richard at this SHP day conference in 2018, and then again at the SHP summer conference the same year. Massively and lastingly shifted my thinking towards teaching history through rich, tangible examples and immersing pupils in the period.
