I used to enjoy Ping Pong Dim Sum UK in London.
But now they’re preventing tipping by card, instead diverting the 12.5% to a ‘brand payment’ - 0% of which goes to staff.
Until they reverse this grim attempt to fleece their own serving staff, I’m done.
