Maintaining (& expanding) this capacity is key to addressing supply challenges.

My takeaways from our recent study:
If a cancer drug with accelerated approval has a positive confirmatory trial, NCCN guidelines will reliably update to reflect it.
...but if the drug has a NEGATIVE confirmatory trial, NCCN Guidelines will *sometimes* mention it:
