I saw everything with my two eyes tonight, recorded and photographed it, and if anyone tries to both-sides what happened at UCLA tonight they are a fucking hack.

.@uwmadison Professor Samer Alatout is back at the protest. He said he was detained and cited and police inflicted the gash on his head. He said police are “singling out” people of color.

“I saw the police pointing at me and saying ‘we want him,’” Alatout told me.

Isn't it clear by now that the police make our campuses less safe and the administrations make our campuses less democratic? Violence and rule go hand-in-hand.
