The cruelty and inhumanity that has seeped into our society breaks my heart everyday. Look at this gorgeous family with little children while a man records them and calls them c**ts. These people are allowed to act with impunity and I really fear where we are heading ❤️‍🩹

Don't just post your anger on social media, please write to your TD's, write to your councillors, write to the Taoiseach and Táinaiste and Justice Minister. Write. Let them know we want this stopped.

No hot water for weeks and no adequate heating. Temperatures are dropping. Lowest was a single digit last night and we’re expecting a low of 5 degrees tonight Minister Roderic O’Gorman TD. How many times have asylum seekers complained about Kilbride Army Camp?

Roderic O’Gorman TD this is cruelty. Asylum seekers deserve hot water as much as anyone else. Kilbride isn't the only camp where running water has been or is an issue. #Trudder has had issues with water on 2 different weekends.

Kiss me I’m Irish!!! Congratulations to our cofounder and group coordinator Lucky Khambule who became an Irish citizen today. So many of our comrades became citizens recently and we are proud of the contribution they’ve made to Irish society from the day they landed.

Leo Varadkar blamed Irish people wanting free housing and Irish family breakdown for rise in homelessness. Simon Harris TD is now blaming asylum seekers. 75 social houses were built nationally in 2015. 75! Homelessness is a product of FG housing policies.

Government of Ireland rolled out Direct Provision more than 20 years ago when the housing crisis was just beginning to take root. By 2018, all Direct Provision centres were full when less than 4000 asylum seekers arrived. They’ve never had plans for adequate and inclusive housing

This is completely untrue & is making our work as community builders so much more difficult, piecing together the mess caused by this Government. Really highlights how much they actually care about our areas. Pitting us all against each other. Disgusting behaviour Simon Harris TD

It’s been your government’s policy to funnel former asylum seekers into homelessness accommodation or be shipped off to a different county - away from their jobs, community networks and the like. Doesn’t magically make HAP rentals available does it Simon Harris TD ?

Anyone with a conscience who watched RTÉ Investigates last week would know that now is not the time to pour more fuel on the fire, yet FFFG are doing just that for cynical electoral purposes. Simon Harris TD Darragh O'Brien you are unfit to govern.

'So what does he do? Deflects. He points an accusing finger at one of the most vulnerable constituencies as if to say, “look over there at those people who don’t have a vote. They, not I or my party, are to blame".' irishexaminer.com/opinion/commen…
