I think Holocaust Remembrance is more important now than it ever has been.

Hatred of Jews, sometimes well disguised, appears to be on the rise.

Sadly I believe family friend, the late Dr. Emil Fackenheim, would say that Adolf Hitler is closer than ever to a “posthumous victory”

Heads must roll. It’s

1. Nathan Neudorf & those at the AESO who failed to stand up to him now; or,

2. the entire UCP government later.

Either way, it must be shown that interference in the business of regulatory bodies causing them to lie to the public is always unacceptable.

But no way would a move of the Armisie tank battery in Edmonton, arguably the biggest risk to the TMX expansion pipeline on its entire route in a populated area, be required. Cus Berta.

At least Seamus O'Regan Jr acknowledged my letter (unlike his predecessor Amarjeet Sohi).

The lack of understanding of who in Alberta have rights that MUST be observed related to energy development is mind boggling.

Especially within the Regulators & Tribunals with mandate to observe such rights.

First Nations and landowner rights are systematically abused.

All last week numerous Alberta politicians celebrated the start up of the TransMountain expansion pipeline . Far too many tried to take or give credit.

NOT ONE expressed concern about the SAFETY of the pipeline in the high risk Armisie oilfield area of SW Edmonton.

FOR SHAME.

Obsidian among the worst.

As to urban SW Edmonton operations (now MAGA) they were required to develop a sour gas emergency response plan to AER D-071 requirements for a proposed operational change. They tried & tried but couldn’t do so. Approval granted anyway. Unsafe area.
