I was arrested by Pima County Sheriff's Department’s deputies in Nov, in addition to 20+ protesters, as I reported this story. I was cited w/ criminal trespassing & intend to plead not guilty. I was there to cover the news, & should not have been arrested. I believe the legal process will show that.
