I so badly want to make a tell all book about working in my field at nursing homes. Some of the stuff that happens in these places is so unbelievable that if you saw it in a tv show, you’d legit be like “omg that would NEVER happen!” I promise you it does. It truly does.

I just got myself a new camera-diaper bag and it is SO nice. It looks pretty. It has so many pockets. SO MANY. And it has a laptop/ipad slot. But I must stress again, SO MANY POCKETS. And a little dangly thing that’s meant for a pascifier but I shall use for hand sanitizer!

Just sitting outside with 5 of my patients, listening to Total Eclipse of the Heart, with our glasses watching the eclipse. Pretty cool memory this will be.

Has anyone ever had a thyroid biopsy and/or surgery to remove part of/all of their thyroid? I have to get a fine needle aspiration and I’m terrified (I hate needles) and nervous I might need to get surgery to remove part of/all of my thyroid. (I know I’m jumping the gun though)
