Check out British Geriatrics Society newest report focused on rehabilitation for older people, packed with lots of great evidence and examples. Great to be involved in this work led by Anne Hendry and a great BGS team! #BGSRehab

This is an excellent publication from the British Geriatrics Society
Everyone has a #RightToRehab
Thank you to the #Rehablegend team that worked on it ❤️
In parts of the UK older people struggle to access rehabilitation after an illness such that a right to recovery can no longer be taken for granted. British Geriatrics Society lays out, today, what good care looks like and challenges our policymakers to deliver it. bgs.org.uk/Rehab
Big thanks to British Geriatrics Society Team, Lead Author Anne Hendry and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy Royal College of Occupational Therapists for their support. It’s been a good day! ☺️ #BGSRehab #RighttoRehab

Even via 1st - mini successes & 1 big failure NHS + its other bodies continue insisting innovation should address a small/single facet. When replying 'this can't work, its wack-a-mole, need a cross-systems approach (NHS & ASC)', comms immediately cease.
