Managers Meet Ups #NonGraduatesWelcome Many job ads ask for 'recent experience' which arguably discriminates against women, who are more likely to take time out of work due to maternity leave/caring responsibilities, and/or disabled people, who are more likely to have recent gap in CV due to an accident or illness.
