Item 5 (cont'd): Funding has been secured to identify & address barriers to Net Zero, decarbonise libraries, Lifestyles Fitness Centres and Liverpool Town Hall.

Item 5 (cont'd): The aim is to get to net zero for Liverpool City Council by 2030 through a range of different projects.

Item 5 (cont'd): A Carbon Management Board is to be set up to help deliver net zero not just in the council but also support businesses and industry. The Council is hopeful of attracting further funding to deliver what is needed.
