It is for this type of production that the Edinburgh Festival Fringe is all about. Love and the lockdown, dealing with the uncertainty and the strain that would break any spirit. Sensitively made by a young production company and actors who are starting out. Frizz Theatre deserved to be seen.

Swallowed. Depicting a couple kept apart by an unnamed pandemic Frizz Theatre's intimate two-hander is timely, resonant, intricately drawn & perfectly cast. Capturing the uncertainty, claustrophobia & emotional hardships of lockdown, the script provokes & lingers in the mind. 4/5
