I spent 8.5 hours yesterday trying to sort out the heating and hot water. 3 different people from Cadent came out all told me that British Gas Help @BritishGas needed to sort the problem. Guess what I’m being told now.

Help British Gas Help I’ve had no gas - so no heating or hot water for 5 days. I’ve got a vulnerable person in the house. My meter needs a new regulator and Cadent say you have to order it. Apparently you don’t work weekends?

So the answer is no. We haven’t underestimated him. Bringing our super signings on with 20 mins to go is exactly what I thought he would do , and exactly the wrong thing to do. #mufc
