I am grateful that God woke me up again today.

If you prayed about it, then don’t worry about it. When the time is right, God will give you what is supposed to be yours.

if someone crosses your mind, say a prayer for them

prayer will change your heart first, before it changes your situation

Jesus is still on the throne

Be cautious of what you let your eyes and ears consume. Don’t let them be distractions from the truth of Jesus.

“And since it is through God’s kindness, then it is not by their good works. For in that case, God’s grace would not be what it really is—free and undeserved.”

Romans 11:6

Thank you Lord for having me on today’s wake up list!

God wants you to choose to be kind, even if you have the right to be mad.

Are you ready for Jesus to come back?

God cancelled your plans to save your life. He sent you the other direction to avoid danger.

He fights battles you don't know about. His plans are better than yours.

Maybe you are not yet happy, not yet pregnant, not yet successful, not yet sober, not yet married.

Trust God, even in the not yets.

Even at our best, we still need God!

Maybe God is more interested in hearing your messy prayers and not the pretty ones. The prayers that overflow with tears of honesty and not just those words you always tend to say. The prayers that show the real condition of your heart, yet declares the trust you have in God.
