I am humbled and grateful at being appointed by Greg Abbott as the Chair of the Texas Work Group on Blockchain Matters, and I am delighted to serve in the academic seats on the work group alongside Texas A&M School of Law's William Henning. SMU Dedman School of Law gov.texas.gov/news/post/gove…
Still so grateful to The American Law Institute for featuring my article, forthcoming with W&L Law Review that builds (yes, actually builds) a UCC-1 form and Article 9 filing system with #smartcontracts.
The official version is out! This article, inspired by a tweeted challenge from Matthew Bruckner uses Lexon Digital to propose a prototype #ucc-1 filing system out of #smartcontracts many thanks to everyone who provided comments and encouragement along the way!
The W&L Law Review reprints are here! With bits of code and all! It has been available online for a couple of months now, but I really love getting the physical copies! Lexon Digital Henning Diedrich
Delighted that this article landed with the extremely diligent and careful editors of W&L Law Review! I had a fantastic publication experience with this team as well, the somewhat unusual aspect of including Lexon Digital and solidity code in the article didn’t even phase them.
