Life update: I proposed to my partner and they said yes! I'm engaged!

Wow some people really get upset when you use they to refer to someone. Sucks to be so wound up in the small details of other people’s lives that it stresses you out.

Playing wow for years definitely helped me make better information architecture and UI for sites like Dotabuff. Healing in a large wow raid is about optimizing to understand and track as much information as possible. It’s why a UI screenshot was a critical part of recruitment

I just sent out my investor update for my new company and we have a mysterious traffic spike and now our KPIs are outdated. I also don’t know where the spike is from and it’s driving me crazy. I had other work I wanted to do today and now I won’t be able to sleep tonight
