Too often, people going the extra mile in their day-to-day jobs goes unnoticed if it doesn't make an impact on corporate strategic initiatives or metrics.

You need to have a culture and policy of making sure that polish is not only encouraged, but celebrated and rewarded.

*most are complaining about how they don't like next (seems like it)

*but we are still all using it?

*shouldn't we have better convos about education instead to make the ecosystem and it better?
