Brighton defeated Houston walk off style in 9 IN. Laney Lawson threw all 9, striking out 7. Aliya Garcia had 2 HRs / 4 RBIs, Maggie Livingston had 1 HR / 3 RBIs, & Keagan Stepp had 2 RBIs. Kaitlyn Chapman tallied 2 hits while Aeryl Potter, McCain, Lopez, & Scott had 1 hit each.

Lady Cardinals took runner up in the SBW tournament. We played 4 back to back games today : W- South Fulton 13-0 W- Crockett County 15-0 W- Camden 4-1 L- Bruceton 4-1 in the championship game. Brighton tallied 46 hits 🔥 Garcia added 2 HR to the stats & Stepp also hit 2 HR.

Lady Cardinals defeat Arlington 5-3. Ryleigh McCain had a day at the plate today going 3-3 with 3 RBIs. Aliya Garcia had 2 doubles / 1 RBI / 1 run, Leah Finley went 2-3, & Aeryl Potter went 2-3 and scored 1 run. Laney Lawson threw all 7 innings with 6 strikeouts & 2 earned runs.

Big night for Brighton Lady Cardinal senior Aliya Garcia against rival Munford. With her team down 5-0, Garcia jacks a 3-run homer.
