I believe in the Coastal Act’s mission of public access to the coast, but its skepticism of housing harms access. The Coastal Commission shouldn’t block housing in environmentally beneficial places for it. Let’s modernize the Coastal Act.

Kristina Lawson (On Threads - @kd_law) Morgan Hill is a little over 30 minutes from downtown San Jose, that's a helluva lot better and more environmentally sustainable than Modesto, Madera or Manteca! the places where we have been outsourcing our housing obligations, but out of sight out of mind right?
