During our trauma training today we heard how schools are supporting teacher wellbeing. This school shared how they fill a mug to show someone how much their are appreciated. #wellbeing #traumainformed #edutwitter #kindness

Our project with Medway Council has focused on taking a strength based approach to self and peer evaluation to trauma informed practice. It's wonderful to see how impactful KCA training has been and how these school leaders are transforming young people's lives. #traumainformed

We have been using Ripple Effect Mapping to help schools tell their story of how trauma informed practice has been transformative. Trauma Informed is about cultural transformation, which happens over years. This is a great example of how to map both the impact and processes.
