So far so good. Baxdrostat, a selective aldosterone synthase inhibitor shows a promising degree of #bloodpressure reduction with a good safety profile. This would be a welcome addition to the drugs currently available. Looking forward to the phase 3 RCT. nejm.org/doi/full/10.10…
