The 9yo is having surgery tomorrow (he's ok!), and things have been pretty stressful lately. Feeling a bit teary and a lot thankful about how supportive my wonderful community has been, especially the Bio Grading for Growth family and Tufts Biology Department. 💜

I can tell that I've really settled into my new job (as of FA23) b/c on Tuesday I was compelled to send one of my students an email about yarn. 😁🧶
