At the University Main Campus, the Vice Chancellor Prof. Joy Constance Kwesiga flagged off the Kabaka birthday run. In order to ensure that HIV/AIDS is eradicated by 2023, we should all combine our efforts. Thank you to all the students and staff who participated in today's marathon.

It was a pleasure to welcome a team from Mbarara University of Science & Technology Mbarara University today. The team has been in Kigezi for a retreat. We received a courtesy call from them on our main campus on Kikungiri hill.

Management members attended the site handover meeting for the four-story Faculty of Engineering building today.
Geses Uganda Limited was awarded the contract for the construction of the site. The project will initially focus on phase one of construction.
