Nie, Panie Tusk, Nowogrodzka nie rządzi, a Bruksela co miała zrobić dla rolników to już bez Pana zrobiła.
Dalsze zmiany to już pańska rola.

In 2023, EU pigmeat production decreased by 6.6%. Except for BG, all other EU countries recorded a decline. The highest declines were registered in DK (-19.9%, -321000t), DE (-6.8%, -307000t), NL (-13%, -220000t) and ES (-4.2%, -214000t).

EU milk deliveries remained stable in 2023 (+0.3% year-on-year), despite declining, but still relatively high,EU raw milk prices... In some countries, raw milk deliveries declined (e.g. IE, FR, IT). In others, deliveries increased (e.g. BE, DE, PL).

The 2023/24 EU production of apples is expected to decrease by 6.3% to 11.1 million t (3.6% below the 5-year average), driven by a lower harvest in the main EU producing countries (e.g. -12% year-on-year in DE, -10% in FR, -9% in PL), ...reduction... area harvested -4% ...

The 2023/24 EU oilseed production is expected to reach 32.8milliont (4.8% above the last marketing year and 10% above the 5-year average). Rapeseed production is expected to increase to 19.8milliont (+1.3%). In 2024/25,EU oilseed production is projected to reach 33.2milliont

The 2023/24 EU cereal production is estimated to reach 269.8milliont, which is 1% above the previous marketing year, and despite a lower cultivated area (-1.5%).
In 2024/25, EU cereal production is projected to increase to278.5 million t (+3% year-on-year),

- Budżet rolny 50% plus, pomoc kryzysowa 500% plus,
- maksymalne uproszczenia dla małych gospodarstw,
- zachęty finansowe plus, przymus - minus,
- hodowla z dobrostanem plus,
- gwarancje uczciwych cen i marż,
To w programach wyborczych do PE najbardziej bym chciał zobaczyć.

Wg spisu rolnego z 2020 na 1,3 mln gospodarstw rolnych w Polsce 950 tysięcy nie przekraczało powierzchni 10 ha i te gospodarstwa zostały zwolnione z kontroli i kar dotyczących warunkowości.
Gruntów rolnych w gospodarstwach do 10 ha jest 4,7 mln ha, w większych - 10 mln ha.

'... farmers with a maximum size of holdings not exceeding 10 hectares of agricultural area... shall be exempted from controls ... shall be exempted from the penalties...' (ref. to conditionalities) - art. 2 CAP simplification reg.
Very important facilitation for small farmers.

'... rolnicy, których gospodarstwa rolne nie przekraczają maksymalnej wielkości 10 hektarów użytków rolnych... są zwolnieni z kontroli... są zwolnieni z kar...' (dot. warunkowości - JW) - z nowego rozporządzenia upraszczającego WPR.
Poważna ulga dla małych gospodarstw.
