Apparently, college students in a drum circle with a bunch of tents on campus are a bigger threat to public safety than companies that manufacture ways for drivers to evade the law.

Yup. Which is why there should be pressure to cut their budgets, discipline and fire officers, demand more. Lawsuit payouts continue to grow each year and these cops are being *promoted*
