Me returning to Twitter because I can’t load my Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp

Great my Yahoo was hacked at the crack of dawn 😩😩 and their 24 hr system is not really 24 hr . 🤦🏾‍♀️

4 months and over 10 calls and departments later and still AT&T NOTHING is resolved!

Why did AT&T charge me for a phone I was not supposed to be charged for THEN send my info to collections for not paying for a phone i wasn’t to be charged for and NOW taking no responsibility for an error AT&T caused. HOW!!!

I am disgusted that after 16 years with @att I am getting no resolution to an issue @att caused. YOU screwed up and charged me erroneously and now no one at @att is taking responsibility to fix it. NO ONE!
