Mostly, directing a movie is pointing.

Baby Reindeer. Just binged it. Pretty f'n great. Definitely recommend. All three of the main leads are fantastic, and the fact that Gadd wrote it, too is incredible. I will say that Nava Mau stole the show for me. Brilliant!

I knew that the Xenomorph was the bad guy in the original Alien because he did not try to save the cat.

I dragged my teenager to see the Alien re-release tonight. Although I've seen the film over a dozen times, never on the big screen. I loved it! Xander the Nostrum coulda landed on LV-426 in 45 seconds instead of twelve minutes. Happy he went with me though.

I don’t think I’ve had this much vitriol directed at me since I wrote about how much I hate kittens.

About to watch Late Night with the Devil on Shudder. But before I do... there are some AMAZING films on the platform right now... a few of my favorites are REVENGE, MAYHEM, MUTE WITNESS, DRAG ME TO HELL, WEREWOLVES WITHIN, SUITABLE FLESH & WHEN EVIL LURKS. Get on it!!!!

Horror comedies CAN work, Hollywood. Abagail was spot on. Bodies Bodies Bodies, Werewolves Within. Thinksgiving. Barbarian. I LOVE THESE FILMS!!!!!

Okay, I COMPLETELY agree... my LEAST favorite thing about the film is the trailer. It was a slow burn for the first 45 minutes and I felt like I was SOOOOOO far ahead of the characters because of the trailer. But that's not the film's fault... it's the studio.

B) Who do I need to sleep with (or, more likely, promise NOT to sleep with, knowing how I probably rate on a scale of 1-10 in Hollywood sex appeal), to get another season of Fleabag?!?! A little help, Ryan Gosling?!?

A) Abagail was awesome. Where is the audience?!?!? Perfect balance of horror and humor and really fun performances. I blame all of you for not going to see it this weekend!

State of things here at home…

My little brother, Jason, passed away peacefully this morning, surrounded by love. He was a kind soul with a warm heart and he will be missed by so many of us. xo
