I've just spoken to a resident who got back to the block of flats to find it taped off. She doesn't know what happened but said it was 6pm when she got here. So the incident must have happened some time ago Manchester News MEN

Worth saying that More in Common poll that put the Conservatives fourth was obviously wrong. But it was only one percentage point off, having predicted the Tories would get 9 per cent. Reform UK polling at 12 per cent was further off. They got 7.46 per cent in the end
