#rstats anyone having trouble with the {job} package on R 4.4? I'm not sure whether it is the job package that needs to be updated Jonas K. Lindeløv (or RStudio, rstudioapi...), but I have a hotfix at github.com/bknakker/job that might be useful until this is resolved.

Balázs Knakker Bugfix release just landed on CRAN 😁 I used the occasion to also fix some other bugs so it should be more fail-safe than ever 🤞

Balázs Knakker I ended up deleting the version check entirely because while older versions were named '1.2' etc., new versions are named '2024.4.0' etc. so the check became nonsensical.

You would need an RStudio version from early 2019 to be unable to run {job}.
